A fully family-owned business, The Cork Meat Company is dedicated to bringing you the very best in premium quality meats from local and Irish sources, but at prices significantly lower than you’ll find in a traditional butcher’s shop or supermarket meat counter.




Established in 2010 by Cork brothers John and Padraig Byrne – both well-known in the trade with a family butchering tradition in Cork stretching back to 1936 – The Cork Meat Company differs from traditional butcher’s shops in that every effort is made to keep business overheads to minimum, with the savings then being passed directly on to the consumer.
